Two extensive housing projects are developed for Vatan District and Sukraniye District in the urban center of Bursa. The core idea that shapes both projects is a mix of different user types within a variety of different sized apartments within a pedestrian friendly, green environment. Necessary commercial and business spaces are placed around the districts in order to create a buffer zone with the existing urban fabric.

A total of 2.000.000 m2 of construction is planned for both districts in a feasible framework for the economical sustainability of the project.
