ARILI PRIMARY SCHOOL COMPUTER WORKSHOP
A single strategy of "repetition of the section" is developed for relating and uniting design, construction and learning processes. This strategy, as an alternative approach, organizes the construction process through bringing different sections side by side instead of a process going from foundation to roof. This process also provides students' active participation in the process while letting them to experience different phases of construction simultaneously. "Serender", a form that is produced through local building tradition with local material (timber), has become a model, not typologically, but through its relations with the ground and "place" and in terms of its spatial organization. As a result, The Computer Workshop is of particular significance in terms of its educational and social aspects, the relationships between students of architecture and local craftsmen, local people and students, and in terms of the relattionship between the building and local architecture.
